These four long-term projects form one connected system. Each begins at a different layer, but all of them compound toward a single direction: answering the question, “How to grow?”
The Worker Investor begins with the future of an ordinary worker. Human Capital ETF asks what that person should invest in. Compounding Yourself examines how those investments become durable growth. Before the Genius studies how exceptional people developed such capabilities before their work became visible.
Four long-term projects
One direction: How to grow?
Current Working Order
These are long-term experiments rather than a fixed roadmap. Some may be completed, reshaped, paused, or abandoned as my available time and interests change. The sequence is not guaranteed, but my current default working order is:
- The Worker Investor
- Human Capital ETF
- Before the Genius
- Compounding Yourself
This order reflects my current priorities, not a promise of sequence or completion.
Writing Series
Ongoing work lives here
Project websites preserve the central idea. These series contain the continuing cases, arguments, and revisions. The Worker Investor
Writing in progress
Idea origin.
The Worker Investor
Human Capital ETF
Framework in development
Idea origin.
Before the Genius
Research notes
Idea origin. Inspired by the long, quiet years before remarkable work appears.
Rather than studying genius itself, this project examines the preparation behind exceptional people—their training, failures, experiments, reading, and daily practice—to understand how judgment, taste, and original work are developed long before the world notices.
Compounding Yourself
Concept in development
Idea origin. Born from a simple question: Why doesn't understanding a concept immediately produce results?
This project explores how learning, work, writing, reflection, and deliberate practice gradually compound into lasting personal growth. It is about enduring periods without immediate rewards, building judgment through feedback, and understanding how different abilities reinforce one another over time.
